All of our paddle boards come with a full set of paddleboarding equipment, including a Newell Premium Stand Up Paddle Board, a 3-piece adjustable paddle, a carrying/storage bag, a safety leash, a repair kit, a double-action manual air pump, a limited lifetime warranty, and a kayak seat.

Do not store your board in direct sunlight; keep it in shaded areas such as garages, sheds, carports, or inside your house when not in use. Extreme heat will damage boards and accessories, and this is not covered under your warranty. Newell Paddle Boards are made of double-layer PVC; however, they can still puncture upon impact with sharp objects or surfaces. So, be mindful of what you are dragging your boards across, or carry them in such a way that they don't drag.

After each use, rinse your board with fresh water to remove any residue from your adventure. This is especially important when the board is used in saltwater.

When the board is not in use, deflate it and store it inside the included carrying bag. Ensure the board is stored out of the elements, including extreme hot or cold temperatures.

Truth be told, it's mostly a question of transportation, storage, and price:

Hard boards: more efficient, stable, versatile, and effective.

Inflatable boards: more robust, easier to transport, easier to store, and less expensive.

The construction of Newell inflatable stand up paddle boards (iSUPs) is one of the best in North America. Our technology ensures that our boards are twice as rigid as entry-level models, offering similar rigidity to that of hard SUPs. The carrying bag and accessories are also of high quality. Our inflatable SUPs also come equipped with a double-action pump, SUP/Kayak seat and high-quality center fin.

Warranty & Repairs

All Newell Inflatable Paddle Boards come with a limited lifetime warranty. Damage due to misuse or negligence is not covered.

You can read more about our warranty here.

Generally, the pressure gauge will start to register a pressure reading after the board reaches 7 PSI, which usually takes about 90-110 pumps. Ensure the pressure gauge isn’t loose and that the dial on your pump is not stuck between settings.

All Newell Inflatable stand up paddle boards are made with military-grade PVC and are built to withstand minor impacts to rocks, wood pilings or sunken objects. Caution is recommended when you encounter harsh terrain. Punctures caused by extreme conditions are not covered under warranty.

Marine PVC glue from any local hardware store will work just perfect!

  1. Cut out a piece of the patch just big enough to cover the hole.
  2. Clean the patch and board (the area that will get glue) with an alcohol wipe - allow it to dry.
  3. Apply glue to each side (patch and board) and let the glue sit for a minute to get tacky.
  4. Place the patch on board over the hole and clamp it down (bar clamps or hand clamps work best) for about 12 hours. You can also use a heavy weight (> 10 kg) if you do not have clamps. That should do it. If your patch is too big, you will have to do little sections at a time (whatever you can compress with weight/clamps), that is why you don't want to use the full patch that comes in the repair kit.

Paddling Questions

Tip 1: Always ensure that the paddle blade faces toward you.

Tip 2: When paddling to the right of your board, grip the handle with your left hand. When paddling to the left, use your right hand on the handle.

Tip 3: Avoid placing both hands on the shaft simultaneously. Opt for one hand on the handle for power and the other on the shaft for control.

Tip 4: Extend both arms shoulder-width apart. The hand on the handle generates power, while the hand on the shaft guides your movement.

Tip 5: Extend your paddle forward, immerse the blade vertically in the water, and pull it straight towards your feet to maintain parallel movement with the board.

Tip 6: To travel straight, alternate your strokes evenly on both sides of the board.

1-piece paddle: Fixed paddles are more efficient and sturdy. They can be cut to your preferred length.

2-piece paddle: Adjustable paddles are robust and perfect for accommodating various users.

3-piece paddle: Removable paddles are ideal for compact storage, such as fitting into your inflatable board's bag or a car.

Yes, that is not a problem! On your next adventure, make sure to add the few PSI you lost to maximize your experience on the water. However, never leave your paddle board in the sun! The heat could increase its pressure even more.

The recommended pressure is 15 PSI. Newell Paddle Boards can hold up to 18 PSI; however, you will not gain much in terms of performance and rigidity by inflating the board beyond 15 PSI.

The Newell 12V electric pump requires a 12V car cigarette lighter plug.

It is important to rinse your board well and store it out of the sun. Weather permitting, it is always best to store your board in its carry bag when it is completely dry to avoid moisture build up.

We recommend storing it completely dry, rolled up in the bag, away from the elements in a garage or shed.
The handle comes off your SUP paddle and the kayak blade pops on, turning it into a kayak paddle (a blade on each end)! The kayak seat can be attached to the D-rings on all paddle boards.

Yes, Newell paddles float long enough to be retrievable if dropped or lost. However, they will eventually fill with water and sink after a few minutes. The foam piece inside the paddle enables it to float, so it remains buoyant only when the entire paddle is connected.
